Artscape Construction Ltd creates back yard and front yard projects for commercial and residential customers that include interlock stone laying, cabana building and swimming pool installation.

We are seeking experienced construction labourers in hardscape / interlock stone laying, carpentry and in ground swimming pool installation.

Our season is starting now Work available through winter months.

CONSTUCTION LABOURER

DESCRIPTION:

Operate hand tools
Concrete saw etc.

- grading land using tools accurately prior to stone laying

Measure, cut and lay interlock

- cutting wood, steel as needed for job
- building cabana and decks based off engineering drawings
- digging using shovel or Bobcat if experienced
- installation of pool kit, liner etc

Being handson in field construction directly involved in all aspects of project construction including planning, construction, quantity verification, and safety
Daily documentation of onsite activities and progress
Ensuring all health and safety protocols are being followed

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years experience
Must have knowledge and experience in the operation measurement and hand tools
Must be a hard working and self motivated
Must be able to read and follow plans and drawings
Must be able to lift, push or pull heavy objects and be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
Must know to lay and cut Interlock patterns
Must be able to read and construction drawings and plans or follow instructions
Must have a "G" class drivers license and drive to and from job site within GTA

SCHEDULE:

hour shift

Day shift
Monday to Friday

Overtime as Required

Weekends

SALARY:

Based on experience level

$22 - $30/hour
