Job Summary:

The primary role of this position is to collect payments from customers, process claims and financial transactions.

This includes tracking and following up on customer payments in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Duties

• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and verify discrepancies directly with clients.


• Organize payment plans for customers with outstanding balances.


• Resolve billing issues by analyzing claim deductions and price discrepancies.
