The Executive Assistant to the Chief Integration Officer (CIO) provides high-level administrative support enabling the CIO to operate effectively across a fast-paced multi-business environment.
Key responsibilities include calendar management meeting coordination communication support and maintaining strong administrative rhythms that keep priorities moving and information flowing.
This role is for someone highly organized proactive discreet and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.,

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting senior executive or leadership roles.
  • Strong administrative organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines competing requests.
