The successful candidate will have overall responsibility of maintaining assigned client's facilities located in Saskatoon and the greater Saskatoon area. They will utilize various strategies to ensure continued operation and perform tasks such as maintaining safe conditions inside and outside of the facilities; performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs; conducting safety oversight on subcontractors; conducting mechanical inspection and maintenance of equipment.

• Plan and execute responsive and planned maintenance in accordance with BAS or facility management system
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors; supervise subcontractors
• Perform basic tours and log readings

This role requires a current Fireman Boiler Operator Certificate (TSASK or equivalent) along with Class 5 Power Engineering Certification which would be an asset, also construction trade certification in plumbing, HVAC or electrical is beneficial.

• Minimum 2 year's experience as Building Operator preferably operating a commercial facility,
