Lux Leaf has an exciting opportunity for you We are looking for motivated, energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team. We are hiring Budtenders ideally with a passion for cannabis & customer service. Our mission at Lux Leaf is to provide cannabis consumers with the highest quality customer service in the industry with a focus on educating consumers rather than making the biggest sales.

Lux Leaf is a small company that cares about its people. We are looking for for people that have a passion for cannabis and care about sending every customer away with exactly what they need. Candidates must have a Smart Choices Cannabis certificate within 30 days of being hired. We are hiring for 18-32 hours a week.

Requirements

• Smart Choices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Reliable transportation
• One year minimum of customer service experience
• Experience in retail sales preferred
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and work ethic
• Retail Cannabis experience is considered an asset
• Weekend availability

Job Duties

• Greet customers and provide guidance on where they may find items within the store
• Assist each customer in finding the right and most suitable product
• Create an educational and informative experience for all customers
• Advise customers on the use of our products, and provide direction
• Participate in merchandising
• Educate customers on different products, strains and consumption methods
• Handle cash float
• Complete inventory counts as necessary
• Help in maintaining a clean store
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Assist with setting up merchandise displays
• Maintain sales records for inventory control
• Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems (Cova POS)
• Work in partnership with store managers and other employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
• Participate in all manner of store maintenance and cleaning
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
• Performs other duties as required
