    CMF's vision is helping Canadian health professionals help others. Our Mission is encouraging volunteerism and promoting philanthropy among health professionals. Our Program focus is in the promotion of diversity and equity in the healthworce through partnerships and programs that support underrepresented communities.

    Upcoming Events and Opportunities

    1. Pathways to Clinical Practice for IMGs in Canada Webinar - January 24, 2025. Join us for a virtual IEHPs Group Mentorship Session, designed for International Medical Graduates seeking pathways to licensure and clinical practice in Canada.
    2. Clinical Research Certificate for IEHPs - Interested in science and research? Join our info session about York University's Clinical Research Certificate Program, tailored for Internationally Educated Health Professionals.
    3. Healthcare Job Fair & Seminar - November 23, 2024. A hybrid event for international medical graduates, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, and other IEHPs, focusing on licensure pathways, alternative careers, and resources.
    4. Mentoring Program for Healthcare Professionals Experienced IEHPs in Canada are invited to mentor newcomers, sharing insights and guidance to help them navigate their careers.
    5. 2024 International Medical Graduate Conference - Held in Markham, Ontario, this event introduced our IEHP project and resources, bringing together industry leaders and educators.
    6. Online Platform for IEHPs - Resources to aid IEHPs in recertification and employment pathways in Canada, addressing underutilization of health credentials.
    7. Strategies for Success in CaRMS Webinar - Navigating Canada's medical residency matching process, crucial for international medical graduates.
    8. Networking Series for IEHPs - Join our series to help IEHPs navigate pathways into the Canadian health workforce, starting March 27th, 2024.
    9. Refugee and Immigrant Healthcare Symposium - This Saturday, features sessions on integrating international medical and nursing graduates into the Canadian health system.
