The Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting the inspections required in all stages of production in accordance with the quality standards of the company and established safety rules.


Responsibilities:


  • Inspect the manufacture components received
  • Inspect the goods merchandise using the proper tools
  • Create a report of noncompliance, when necessary;
  • Release the components in the ERP system when the product is deemed compliant, according to the specifications established with the supplier.
  • Carry out the inspections in the course of production
  • Inspect the quality of the welding, sanding and polishing process;
  • Perform the electrical tests and test the water distribution system;
  • Ensure compliance with the customers 'specifications, in accordance with the sequences of the program
  • Write inspection reports and classify them.
  • Inspect the parts that have been painted externally
  • Check the concordance of the received parts with the correct delivery
  • Perform the visual inspection of the quality of the paint
  • Perform the tests of adhesion and save the results in the appropriate form.
  • Inspect the finished products
  • Check the quality of the final assembly
  • Ensure the receipt of all components of the order using the list and of the packing slip
  • Take pictures of the components after the packaging and save the photos on the network
  • Classify the list of shipping following the final inspection
  • Wear safety equipment and adhere to the dress code
  • Advise the Director of production of any accident or incident
  • Perform the following complementary tasks
  • Participate in various special projects aimed at the improvement
  • Assist the assemblers as needed
  • Maintain and clean the testing tools
  • Perform any other related tasks.
