Qualifications
- Certificate diploma or degree in a related human or social services field and/or a minimum of 1–2 years of direct experience supporting at-risk youth residential care preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of Canada's history with Indigenous Peoples and its continuing impact on families and communities
- Ability to support youth with complex needs including mental health aggression addictions FASD ASD trauma
