    Working 4 days/week, starting at the end of April until late September, you will enjoy engaging with and coaching members of the community on motorcycle driving, safety and maintenance.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    Deliver motorcycle driving instructions

    through on-cycle range training, prior to student testing with SGI for their motorcycle license. (Locations in both Regina and Saskatoon)
    Instruct students on drill activities , observe and provide coaching to increase knowledge and driving performance. Ensure instructions are consistent with all safety, environmental, and operating policies.
    Maintain course and student documentation ; prepare and submit reports on a timely basis.
    Move and transport company motorcycles, clean, fuel and provide light maintenance.
    Coordinate with Training Managers and Instructors regarding course scheduling, instruction demonstrations and document requirements.

    Instructor training will be provided at employment start, followed by assisting an Instructor, then independent training.
    Criminal reference check and vulnerable sector check is required.

    As the successful Instructor, you will bring:
    Valid Motorcycle driver's license (M).
    Demonstrated experience in riding and safely operating/maintaining a motorcycle.
    You will have a positive personality and enjoy training/engaging with others in the motorcycle community. (Note, classroom instruction is not required, as students will first complete on-line training.)

    Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all walks of life in a personable, friendly manner.

    Knowledge of languages in addition to English is an asset.
    Must be reliable and have the ability to be flexible.
    The course requires physical stamina, motor coordination and alertness, ie.

    able to stand for lengths of time on hot, wet, or cold pavement and under direct sunlight throughout the day.

    Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and move motorcycles by hand.


    Seasonal work hours :
    End of April/May 1 to September 30 – seasonal work. For the right person, there is potential for full-time work, based on skills and workload needs.

    7:30/8:00 am to 5:30 pm (it can vary at times days/week x 10 hours/day, Tuesday and Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Hours may be flexible based on student registration, weather and availability.

    $24.00+ per hour depending on qualifications and experience. You will be hired on payroll and be eligible to participate in the company benefit plan – or be on Contract as mutually agreed.
