The role includes working with a close-knit team that provides clients with replacement services as well as selling customer jewellery.
Responsibilities
- Written replacement report for lost or stolen jewellery
- Written appraisals on customer pieces
- Meet with customers to create a shared experience of creating their own jewellery
- Manage multiple custom orders with a focus on quality, customization and budgets
Qualifications
- A minimum of two (2) years of jewellery sales experience
- Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work (preferred)
- Strong typing skills
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
- Jewellery sales: 2 years (required)
Compensation:
- $45,000+ bonus (with opportunity for commission in future)
