Room1Six is looking for a Salon Co-Ordinator
As a Salon Co-Ordinator you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and guests. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the doors. You will represent our brand, offering impeccable service, and contributing to the overall ambiance of luxury and sophistication.

Where we are located:
Room1Six located at The Well at Spadina and Front is Toronto's largest master-planned downtown community. A neighbourhood filled with trendy restaurants, shopping and living. Along with luxury condos and office spaces that tower downtown Toronto's skyline.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee front desk operations for optimal customer experience
- Manage appointment schedule for salon efficiency
- Handle orders, maintain relationships with sales reps, and manage inventory
- Assist stylists and owners as needed
- Perform assigned administrative duties
- Conduct daily salon maintenance, including cleaning
- Other duties as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written and communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Enthusiastic and peopleoriented
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in Excel and Word is a plus
In this role, you'll play a vital part in upholding our luxury brand's image and delivering outstanding service to our valued clientele.
