We are looking for a high-energy, friendly, and versatile

Wholesale Parts Counterperson to add to our Parts team Your focus will be serving our wholesale accounts both in person and on the phone. Our store is very busy, and your day will go by quickly with lots of opportunities to learn and grow. We take Customer Service and the care of our Team very seriously; most days our Team shares at least a good laugh or two. Your focus will be on our Wholesale Customers. However, you will also be cross trained to look after retail customers, accessory customers and our techs at the shop counter. You will already embody our motto - The Right Part, The First Time, Every Time

Your Key Responsibilities

Take and fill orders from retail and wholesale customers
Fill parts requests and order parts for our team of technicians
Build quotes and source parts and accessories for our sales team
Sell tires by selecting the best fit for the customer and explain the features and benefits
Process customer returns

What you bring with you to Team Awesome

Sales experience, ideally within a Parts Department but we understand you may have built up your skills in a related field
Strong computer skills and the ability to use online tools for order management and Quoting
Detail oriented, selfmotivated and resourceful
Strong organizational and time management skills
A person of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments
