YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Superintendent, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department. You will be responsible for managing all repairable components for the mine site, ensuring timely shipment, tracking, repair, and return of critical parts. You will support operations by coordinating with vendors, reviewing quotations, initiating purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records within the supply chain system. In addition, you will oversee obsolete material reviews, support inventory count activities, and serve as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor when required. You will play a key role in maintaining operational readiness and cost control through effective repair and inventory management. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle's values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
Coordinate the shipment of all repairable items to approved vendors and ensure proper documentation is maintained;
Monitor repair status, turnaround times, and vendor compliance;
Review repair quotations for accuracy and cost-effectiveness before seeking departmental approval;
Create and process purchase orders for approved repair services;
Track repairable inventory levels to ensure availability and prevent shortages;
Maintain accurate records of repair routes, vendor history, and cost details;
Communicate with vendors regarding repair status, quotations, timelines, and discrepancies;
Work with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to confirm repair requirements and approvals;
Assist with vendor performance reviews and escalate issues as needed;
Identify obsolete or inactive materials and work with Supply Chain leadership to review and validate removal;
Coordinate disposal, write-offs, and system updates in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all obsolete material actions;
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts, including cycle counts and reconciliation;
Support warehouse organization, labelling, and material handling when required;
Serve as backup to the Warehouse Supervisor during absences, including coordination of daily tasks and providing guidance to warehouse staff;
Ensure all warehouse and repairable processes adhere to company policies, SOX controls, safety standards, and procurement guidelines;
Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (SAP/JDE) for repairable items, purchase orders, inventory adjustments, and obsolete material transactions;
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations and materials management;
Foster a positive culture focused on health, safety, and environmental responsibility, while actively supporting the Internal Responsibility System.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum High School Diploma or GED;
Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse, supply chain, or inventory management experience; mining or industrial experience preferred;
Valid driver's license;
Ability to lift materials as required for warehouse support tasks;
Experience with repairable components, vendor coordination, or purchase order workflows is an asset;
Experience with SAP, JDE, or other ERP systems strongly preferred;
Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices;
Experience working at a mine site is an asset;
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Compensation Statement
In accordance with applicable legislation, the expected compensation includes base salary and potential bonus opportunity. Your individual pay will reflect your skills and experience while remaining competitive within the local market.
Minimum Salary :
$77,000CAD
Maximum Salary :
$103,000CAD
