What You'll Be Doing:
As a
Student Placement Coordinator, your typical day will impact in the following ways:
- Establish relationships and coordinate contract agreements with post-secondary institutions in Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia
- Work with Long Term & Retirement site management to determine their placement needs for each quarter
- Deploy students and track all clinical and nonclinical front line student placements at site level
- Ensure all data is accurate and captured for tracking and reporting to senior leaders
- Respond to adhoc inquiries from postsecondary institutions and from site level management
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate paid student placement opportunities
- Conduct front line references for clinical and nonclinical employees
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Required:
- Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Demonstrates sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Technologically savvy, able to navigate multiple technology platforms
- Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion and initiative in dealing with confidential information and/or in responding to inquiries.
