Who you are


As The Manager, Early Career Programs you will be responsible for the coordination, development, and execution of Colliers' early careers programs, inclusive of internships, co-ops, and fellowships / sponsorships that promote a diverse pipeline of future industry leaders.

You will attract, develop, and retain top talent through engaged employee experiences, learning & development, and making culture count.

Working collaboratively with the Director, Talent Development, you will partner with key business stakeholders, and internal COE partners Talent Acquisition, DEI, and Learning & Development to drive our early career and DEI Talent strategies against business objectives.

What you bring- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent development, human resources, or related field.

Experience managing a team is considered an asset.- Ability to prioritize and work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.- Bachelor's Degree and/or completion of a Human Resources Program, or relevant field preferred.- Ability to develop strong relationships with hiring teams and leadership within the assigned organizations and cross-functionally.- Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.- Proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.

Bonus skills and experience- Experience in talent management and development, early careers, training, and coaching.- Commercial real estate experience.


What success looks like- Develop and implement a comprehensive early careers framework to address the strategic priorities of the business, with emphasis on talent attraction, talent diversity, development, and retention.- Manage the program experience for fellowships/sponsorships from attraction, onboarding through to completion, acting as point of contact for all parties, provides guidance and smooth experience, and responsible for ensuring all key meetings, performance & program reviews occur and follows through on action items.

Programs include but are not limited to Project REAP and Project Destined.- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to manage internship and co-op recruitment and oboarding, including planning and organizing orientation, learning & development, and networking events.- Act as single point of contact for business stakeholders on explaining the programs, seeking alignment and buy-in and coaching the business through the end-to-end early career program process and their involvement.- Maintain relationships with external DEI programs, career services, and student organizations that support recruitment initiative.- Design and deliver training sessions and workshops that support the professional development of early career professionals.- Collect and analyze early careers program data to evaluate effectiveness and measure ROI. Work closely with other People Services stakeholders to ensure alignment with other firm initiatives.- Act as a thought leader in the space of early careers and talent development.
