Operations Support Clerk - Hybrid (work from home and in office required)
Shift: 4:00pm - 12:00am evenings Mon - Fri
The
Operations Support
Clerk
Here are some of the activities you will be expected to perform:
The position is responsible for labeling and managing the main air/ocean queue ensuring accuracy is maintained
Principle accountabilities and or duties:
- Labeling all incoming files to the main queue
- Updating files as required/requested
- Some inoffice responsibilities (on a rotation)
- All other duties assigned
These are the standards we look for:
- High School Diploma is required
- Minimum of 1 year in an office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and database skills, faxing, scanning, internet work.
- Strong communication skills
- English verbal and written is required
