Job summary
We are an independent music artist with 7 years of content (videos, photos, music videos). We need an experienced VA to transform this into a professionally organized searchable content library.The job involves turning thousands of unorganized files into a clean categorized and searchable content management system. The goal is to create organized folder structures categorize the content into folders remove duplicate files and flag unusable files. The project requires proven experience with file organization projects strong attention to detail and consistency proficiency in Google Drive Google Sheets bulk file renaming tools and duplicate detection software reliable internet for uploading/organizing large files good communication skills weekly progress updates,
- Categorize all video audio photo etc.
- Rename ALL Files using YYYY-MM-Format
