The Bilingual (French/English) Recruitment Consultant will support Hospice Niagara's expansion plan by advancing its initiatives to improve health equity for Niagara's Francophonie and becoming a designated French-language service provider at the planned new site in Welland, Ontario, which will open in 2025.


The Recruitment Consultant will assist in planning the recruitment of bilingual health care workers through the development of a targeted recruitment plan to attract bilingual health care providers (registered nurses, personal support workers and social workers, etc.).

The Recruitment Consultant will develop materials such as job postings, interview guides, and language assessment tools.
