Job Summary:


Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator is responsible for looking after the paperwork and tasks associated with the Sales Team.

This will include updating paper and electronic files, coordination and logistics related to vehicle inventory, sales data and delivery transactions.

Prior Licensing or MTO/Service Ontario experience is an asset but not required.


Duties & Responsibilities

SALES ADMINISTRATION
Licensing

Garage Register

Inventory Management

Handles all dealer trade duties

Handle files associated with sales and contracts


Skills Required:


  • Polite and professional and customer service focused
  • Previous dealership experience is essential
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Self motivated, ability to work independently with strong problemsolving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills combined with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
