The Role The Frontline at Fuzz Wax Bar is a passionate customer-service expert who loves transforming a regular experience into a memorable one, every day. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring outstanding levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and services offered, and teaming up with the team to provide outstanding service from start to finish
  • Be a schedule master and optimize appointment bookings to increase location efficiency
  • Keep updated on new training and policies changes and be willing to be agile on learning and implementing new processes
  • Providing clients with the Fuzz experience and signature conversations
  • Prides in achieving optimal sales success and excels in sanitation standards
  • Maintains an awareness and interest of all things Fuzz, including membership perks and product benefits
  • Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and waxcare products and services
  • Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing service environment
  • Ability to work without necessary supervision and deliver high results
  • Strong cognitive skills, including decision making and financial analysis
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust


  • Flexible availability

  • Fuzz general operating hours are 7 days a week, 8am to 9pm and Schedule will require to cover a mix of opening shifts, closing shifts and weekends

  • Duties and Responsibilities**The Frontline worker is professional and passionate about providing the best customer service experience to all clients. They educate clients on Company memberships that contribute to enhancing the client's selfcare routine. They are master team players standing by to assist any team members by closing sales and maintaining the conditions of all aspects of the location. They will always assist where they can in order to ensure operations run smoothly for all clients and workers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Always maintain a clean frontline environment and achieve high sanitation standards around the store.
  • Work in a professional manner and maintain a professional working environment. Be an ambassador to all things Fuzz (Company methods, products and branding) and lead by example within the workspace.
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate, while ensuring outstanding levels of customer satisfaction by providing knowledge on all products and services offered.
  • Be a schedule master and optimize appointment bookings to increase location efficiency
