The Executive Assistant (EA) works closely with Partners to provide superior administrative and case related support. The EA collaborates with members of the Office Administration & Operations team (OA&O) and provides backup support as needed.


Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Executive Support
  • Provides executivelevel and case support to the Partners. Adapts to Partner work style and champions EA best practices.

Calendar Management

  • Manages and maintains Partner calendars; schedules and coordinates internal and external meetings.

Meeting and Event Support
  • Ensures conference rooms and other needed resources are coordinated. Assists in preparing agendas, presentations, and related correspondence for meetings, prepares background briefings, and note taking.

Expense Reimbursement
  • Expense report processing and oversight on behalf of Partner.

Contacts Management - Maintains Partner contact information both business and personal.

File Maintenance - Paper and electronic filings.

  • Special projects as requested.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of substantive relevant experience required.
  • Fluency in both French and English required.
  • Prior experience in the professional services industry preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting multiple senior level executives preferred.
  • Advanced PC capability (M365: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams) preferred.
