M. Butler Custom Homes is currently seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our crew in support of daily construction/renovation projects.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Skilled General Carpenter Qualifications with your own basic tools
• Read and work from design /engineering blueprints/drawings
• Seasoned knowledge of various types of construction framing and forming systems. ICF experienced preferred
• Exterior and Interior Trim Finishing Work
• Fall and arrest, Fall protection, Working at Heights safety training certificate required
• Great communication and leadership skills
• Able to keep accurate notes, log time, and upload pictures on our timekeeping app don't worry it's easy
• Selfdirected in planning and organization of your day and the tasks to be completed
• Strength, agility, and a sense of humour to work in varying Canadian weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Must be insurable on our company vehicles

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$30.00-$40.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

• Millgrove, ON L8B 1L9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)


Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
