About the Position

Reporting to the Yard Manager, this role is responsible for supporting Logistics and Yard operations by operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.

Your Duties

Safely transports tubular product and accessories.
Organizes and coordinates pipe in the yard as jobs are in progress.
Performs daily safety and maintenance checks of equipment.
Cleans heavy equipment as scheduled and / or required.
Performs routine maintenance.
Maintains service reputation and customer satisfaction in the yard with proper and timely job execution.
Reviews and assesses asset management in the yard,
Supports Shipper/Receiver in managing and tracking tally sheets for pipe.
Assists Operations Manager with team management and training.
Ensures safety requirements are executed, supports incident reporting, facilitates compliance with yard crews.
Complies with Force Inspection's Health & Safety program and occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
Performs other duties as required.

Your Qualifications

High school diploma / GED.
Loader Operator Certification training and asset.
Two (2) to three (3) years experience operating a loader, handling tubular products.
Physically fit / able to handling weight up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment in a timely and effective fashion.
Ability to work in an outdoor temperature ranges (20 degrees to +30 degrees).
