Customer Service Representative
Receive, process, acknowledge, and bill customer orders for goods shipped and services supplied.

This position requires product knowledge, organizational skills, time management skills and communication skills in order to achieve the desired result to satisfy customer requirements.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Receive and process customer orders and inquires from all Canadian customers.
  • Acknowledge orders and ensure customers are kept informed of order status.
  • Receive and process all requests for quotations from customers.
  • Provide back up support to the Customer Service Supervisor as required.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the Sales and / or Technical Services departments when required for specific order and quotation related information.
  • Use the Return Authorization System to service customers.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts when scheduled.
  • Comply with and support all company values, polices, rules, environmental and safety regulations in the performance of all related jobs.
  • Be punctual and professional with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Be polite, courteous and helpful with all customers.

Requirements:


  • Secondary School Diploma and/or post secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Demonstrated patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English Language.
  • Bilingual in French is an asset/preferred.
  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills, including MS Windows, MS Office, CRM, and ERP
  • Excellent attention to details skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong willingness to learn
