Legend Boats is presently seeking a Sales Receptionist who is customer-centric and possesses excellent organizational skills. This is a seasonal role spanning from April to August. (There is potential to work part time after August for September and October) As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and crafting a vital positive first impression

Is in a Business or Marketing Program

In this role some responsibilities include:

Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon their arrival.
Efficiently managing phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a prompt manner.
Providing accurate and fundamental information both inperson and over the phone.
Addressing customer concerns with clarity and timeliness.
Delivering excellent customer service through tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing for sales pickups, and conducting followup phone calls after a sale.
Collaborating with the Marketing Team to contribute to content creation, updating pricing signs and inventory posts.
Handling various administrative duties, including filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Offering support to the Business Office Manager and Sales Manager in retail sales and customer followup.

Wage:
$17-19 Hourly based on skills and experience
