As an HR Volunteer your responsibilities would include:

  • Creation of job postings, job descriptions, and company policies
  • Check prospective employee references
  • Assist in preparation of HR materials for new hires and existing employees
  • Ensure proper filing, maintenance, and retention of HR records and documents
  • Prepare and post internal notices and advertisements

Desired Skills & Experience:


  • Strong ethical principles and an understanding of confidentiality
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of GSuite
