Desired Background:

For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Business, Computer Science or Data Management, with a curiosity about data analytics, process improvement, and project management.

Responsibilities:

Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
Support program "wiring and metrics" reporting and processes
Cooperate across multiple and diverse teams to collect data, nurturing positive team relationships
Refine reporting to continuously improve program management
Consolidate Lesson Learnt from completed projects
Build PowerBI reports for Project Data from various systems
Develop automated processes for Data quality verification and cleansing
Review and update training materials, reference guides, conduct data analysis and perform system/automation hygiene checks

Qualifications:

Background in Business or Computer Science is required
Previous experience using Excel, PowerBI, SQL for data analysis and programming language is an asset
Proven ability to learn innovative technologies and platforms quickly, accurately and efficiently
Demonstrated ability to communicate with precision in a technical environment
Ability to clearly articulate sophisticated technological concepts to a diverse audience, including those with no technical background
Ability to work efficiently independently as well as part of the team
A strong "make it happen", positive, adaptable, and constructive work ethic
Motivated and driven to learn
Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
