Job Summary:

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Utilize construction management software (e.g., Basecamp, SiteDocs, etc.) to track project milestones and communicate updates
• Oversee the hiring and training of construction workers
• Provide guidance and support to construction teams onsite
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Indepth knowledge of construction processes, including estimating, budgeting, and quality control
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Basecamp, SiteDocs, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.


Pay:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
