Job summary
We are looking for a senior controls developer that can lead the design and development of various VMC features in collaboration with the Next Generation Controls team, SSLEs, FSAs and the calibration team.Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in controls system development. Including: Control system integration and testing of hardware and software., Controller hardware design and failure modes of electronic modules., Vehicle electrical systems and serial data communications architectures., System, software, and hardware requirements development and validation., Change management High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult Demonstrated proficiency in project management skills Experienced at planning preparing for leading meetings Effective interpersonal skills that focus influence others including those which may have priority differences with yours Understanding Embedded Controls Development & Delivery Process Experience working with embedded system software codes reading debugging source code C/C++ languages Experience MATLAB/Simulink modeling Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects assignments autonomy accountability results Strong partnership teamwork skills demonstrated ability learn share knowledge co-workers fast-paced environment Highly proficient analyzing unusual complex issues driving results ambiguous fast-paced environment Evidence strong character integrity honesty accountability trust Consistent demonstration innovative thinking customer-centric
