Customer Quality Project Manager - Drummondville, Canada - Soucy Group

WHAT TO EXPECT:
As a Customer Quality Project Manager, your role will be to represent quality to our OEM customers.
You will also have the opportunity to be in direct contact with all of our customers, i.e., all of the major manufacturers of agricultural and industrial vehicles.
At the same time, you will be the internal customer representative ensuring that our teams are aware of and implement our customers' requirements.
Basically, your main responsibility will be to take charge of quality.Here's an overview of your tasks:
- Monitor customer requirements, verify compliance and maintenance
- Manage customer and internal user portals
- Prepare and organize customer audits
- Monitor customer satisfaction, communicate it internally and implement action plans to improve it
- Manage customer complaints, guarantees and other claims (communication, processing)
- Communicate product changes and deviations with the customer, including PPAP files
- Participate in the improvement of our management system by conducting internal audits, process improvement
Your communication and teamwork skills will be constantly put to good use, as you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all of the company's teams in the implementation of customer requirements in our management system.
You will also collaborate on a daily basis with our internal quality and supplier quality teams for files related to product/process/supplier changes, deviations and PPAPs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or DEC relevant to this position
- Good customer service skills
- Bilingualism essential
- Availability to travel occasionally (valid passport)
- Experience in the field of quality, in a manufacturing environment or having been the quality representative to customers would be an asset
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and AIAG (APQP, PPAP, FMEA) would be an asset
