Description
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst for our IT division based in Mississauga

Your Responsibilities:


  • Support all users software and hardware support demands as a member of the North American IT Service Desk team
  • Be the first level support for any IT related issues and provide basic support. Escalate tickets to 2nd and 3rd level infrastructure team
  • Installation of software and imaging of computers.
  • Ensure all tickets are handled and answered promptly and will regularly follow up on second level support issues.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by internal and external customers.
  • Participate in joint continuous improvement initiatives with the company.
  • Participate in quality and compliance audits.
  • Software licence tracking.
  • User Access modifications and support.
  • Initiate activities with local/regional or global departments.
  • Create scripts to help to support software deployment and fixes that are required across the country.
  • Document all actions on tickets within the provided tools.
  • Compliance with service levels as outlined in ZI working instructions.
  • Participation in a compensated afterhours on call support programme.

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • 3+ years work experience in a similar position. Customeroriented
  • Understanding of computer hardware and software components
  • Post secondary education required or equivalent work experience
  • Investigative problemsolver, using existing / new technologies to discover customer, partner or team member issues.
