The Director of Student Affairs provides leadership to the student services team, which includes, among other things, Adaptive Services.

You will also be called upon to respond to student requests for on-campus or online support (locker, extracurricular activity registration, pre-release, back to school, etc.).


You will use your coordination skills for exam requests, supervising exam proctors, booking rooms and spaces for different activities, or any tasks related to student services.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of stimulating projects as part of a dynamic and united team that offers our students a quality educational experience.

$22.39 to $29.21


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the examination requests of students registered in adapted services while respecting their individual intervention plan;
  • Ensure the supervision of the exam supervisors;
  • Ensure the quality of the material offered in our services and follow up on maintenance;
  • Answer students' questions on campus or via Omnivox;
  • Make reservations for rooms and spaces as needed;
  • Perform all other tasks related to the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) with an option related to this position or an attestation of studies whose equivalence is recognized by the competent authority;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience relevant to the position.

Communication skills and an appreciation for teamwork are also essential to this role.

  • Excellent frontline customer service skills;
  • Excellent oral and written expression and comprehension in French and English;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Dynamic and energetic;
  • Knowledge of educational administrative procedures is an important asset;
  • Advanced knowledge of the software used (Word, Excel, Antidote and Outlook);
  • Knowledge of CLARA software is desirable;
  • Excellent team player.
