Job Summary

What is the Opportunity?

What Will You Do?

  • Review and process client and business transactions; liaise with other departments, if necessary, to confirm or correct details ie: client banking information, wire or draft instructions, amount, currency, where any ambiguity exists;
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure integrity of data. Reconcile Internal Accounts daily and monthly, ensure transactions are reversed and provide a reconciliation to Department Manager monthly;
  • Complete monthly reporting and analysis

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:


  • Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to manage conflict;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage time and priorities;
  • Strong ability to multitask and to work under tight deadlines particularly in peek volume periods;
  • Demonstrated ability to complete root cause analysis and solve problems by recommending, evaluating and implementing alternatives;
  • Strong willingness and desire to learn;
  • Detailoriented; and
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently sharing best practices and ideas.

Nice to have:


  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word);
  • Previous experience in an accounts payable environment;
  • Knowledge and/or experience in equipment financing/leasing industry.
