Canada Newest Immigration Consulting Ltd. is looking for a full-time
Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager is an integral member of the team.
He / She will report directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources functions.
He/ She will handle recruitment, training, compensations, benefits, and compliance issues.The Human Resources Manager will be the main person to contact for our employees, providing them with guidance and support on various HR Issues and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Direct, plan, control, organize, and evaluate the operations of the human resources department in the company.
- Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees on immigration matters and customer service.
- Coordinate with other department managers to plan the human resources needs.
- Develop and implement labor regulations, policies, and procedures and negotiate collective agreements with the employees.
- Direct the organization's quality management program to ensure the company's services meet the standards and expectations of the clients.
- Oversee the employee development, language training, health and safety programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Resolve and prevent employee relations issues and conflicts that may arise in the workplace.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources and/or related university degree.
- Strong understanding of employment and human rights legislation across Canada.
- Several years of experience related to personnel.
- Previous experience in partnering with leaders within an organization, influencing decisionmaking at the leadership level.
- Experience in developing and implementing human resources policies, and procedures that comply with the regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, and staff from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Proven conceptual, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication, including written and verbal skills.
- Knowledge of English and Chinese.
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of the immigration industry is an asset.
- A valid driver's license.
