Retail Style Specialist
As a style authority with strong instincts and deep product knowledge, you will create modern looks that enhance each customer's emotional connection to Banana Republic. You provide a high-touch service experience, building brand loyalty through authentic engagement and personalized clienteling.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the brand, has at least 1 year of experience in premium fashion environments, and can navigate various technology platforms. They are effective communicators who build meaningful connections with customers, drive sales, and achieve store goals while demonstrating values consistent with our leadership behaviors.

This role requires flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and peak business hours. The ability to maneuver around the salesfloor and lift up to 30lb is also necessary.
