Video Ad Creator | Meta Ads | Home Services | RemoteThe Role
We need someone who can take a script, a handful of photos, and occasionally raw video footage and turn it into scroll-stopping 15 to 60 second video ads that run on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for home services companies across the U.S.
Plumbers. Roofers. HVAC techs. Electricians. Landscapers. These are the businesses you'll be creating for. The content doesn't need to win a film festival. It needs to make the phone ring.What You'll Be Doing
Producing 15 to 60 second video ads optimized for Meta placements (Feed, Stories, Reels)
Working from scripts and creative briefs provided by our team
Using photos, raw video clips, stock footage, and AI-generated visuals to build compelling video content
Adding AI voiceovers, music, motion graphics, text overlays, and captions to bring ads to life
Formatting and exporting for multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
Turning around high volumes of content quickly while maintaining quality
Testing different hooks, CTAs, and creative variations for A/B testing
Staying current on what's working in Meta ad creative, especially for local service businesses
What We're Looking For
Proven experience creating short form video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Show us your work.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Experience with AI tools for video creation, voiceover generation, and image enhancement (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar)
Strong understanding of what makes someone stop scrolling. You know how to nail a hook in the first 2 seconds.
Ability to add professional captions, text overlays, and motion graphics that feel native to the platform
Comfortable working from templates and brand guidelines while still bringing creative ideas to the table
Fast turnaround and high output. We need someone who can produce volume without sacrificing quality.
Experience creating content for home services, local businesses, or lead generation campaigns is a strong plus
Tools You Should Know (or Be Willing to Learn Quickly)
Video editing:
CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
AI voiceover:
ElevenLabs, , or similar
AI video/image:
Runway, HeyGen, Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI
Design/motion:
Canva, Figma, After Effects
Captioning:
CapCut auto-captions, Submagic, or similar
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and creative best practices is a plus
What We Provide

Compensation
The price is for 8 videos to be created over length of contract.
This can be structured as full-time, part-time, or freelance/contract depending on the right fit.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
