Elle a pour mission de surveiller l'infrastructure de production dans un environnement 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 et collabore avec les équipes informatiques de Dassault Systèmes en Amérique, en Europe et en Asie.

Nous créons actuellement une équipe de quatre personnes pour le centre de surveillance des opérations de Montréal, pour unir leurs forces à la nouvelle équipe de Pune, en Inde.

Votre contribution

En tant que attaché(e) du centre de monitorage et des opérations informatiques, vous ferez partie d'une équipe chargée de surveiller 24h / 24 et 7j / 7, l'infrastructure de production répartie entre les différents centres de données et bureaux de Dassault Systèmes dans le monde.

L'étendue des responsabilités comprend le support de niveau 1 pour gérer et maintenir la disponibilité des infrastructures de production et des équipements réseau critiques à l'échelle mondiale, ainsi que la création de documents.

Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein, 40 heures par semaine, dont les horaires varient entre 8 h et 20 h 30 HNE. L'horaire de travail standard sera de 11 h 30 h à 20 h 30 h HNE avec une pause d'une heure.

**Vos atouts pour réussir**:

- Un baccalauréat en informatique ou en mathématiques est préférable (Un diplôme d'ingénieur n'est pas obligatoire)
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en tant que membre du support L1
- Connaissance pratique des systèmes d'exploitation Linux ou Windows
- Bonnes capacités de dépannage et de diagnostic sur les systèmes Linux ou Windows
- Expérience de travail avec des outils de surveillance d'entreprise comme Zabbix, SolarWinds, TrueSight, etc. est un atout
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Capacité à rédiger de la documentation de manière claire et concise
- Une excellente maitrise de l'anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral) est obligatoire pour interagir avec nos utilisateurs et nos équipes dans le monde entier
- La maîtrise du français est un atout important

**Team introduction and overview**:
The IT Monitoring and Operations Team is spread across several locations globally. This team is responsible for monitoring the Production infrastructure in a 24x7 environment and collaborates with Dassault Systèmes IT teams in the Americas, Europe and Asia. We are currently building a team of four, for the Montreal's Monitoring Operations Center, to join forces with the new team in Pune, India.

What will your role be?

As an IT Monitoring and Operations Center Associate, you will be part of a 24x7 monitoring team and will be responsible to monitor the Production Infrastructure spread across various Data Centers and Offices of Dassault Systèmes worldwide.

The range of responsibilities includes Level 1 support to manage and maintain the uptime of critical Production Infrastructure and Network equipment globally, as well as creating documentation.

This is a full time permanent position, 40 hours a week and ranging between 8 AM to 8:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. The typical work schedule will be from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM EST with 1-hour break.

Your Key Success Factors
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics discipline is preferred (an engineering degree is not mandatory)
- 1 to 2 years working as an L1 support member
- Working knowledge of Linux Operating System or Windows Operating System
- Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on Linux or Windows Systems
- Working experience with Enterprise Monitoring Tools like Zabbix, SolarWinds, TrueSight etc is an asset
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to write documentation in a clear and concise way
- Excellent skills in English (written & verbal) is mandatory to interact with our users worldwide
- Fluency in French is a significant asset
