This position is based from our office in Ottawa (Osgoode), with field visits as required. The hours of work are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WORK DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Survey Information Management
Process Surveys, Prepare Models, Calculate Volumes, Present Results
Analyze Tender Documentation, Request Surveys and Produce Tender Quantities
Create and Follow Estimating QC Checklists
Create and Maintain Take-Off Templates
Create and Populate Estimates

QUALIFICATIONS

Post-Secondary Education in a relevant program and/or 3+ years' relevant experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills in a fastpaced environment
Responds well to direction with a desire to improve
Proficient with AutoCAD
Driver's license and personal transportation
