About the project
We are producing a series of interactive VR 360° Virtual Tours integrated into a single platform for VR headsets and PC in Poland.
The tours will be available both in VR headsets and as a 2D browser version, in two languages (PL/EN).
We film in diverse environments and locations—among others sections of the Vistula River in Warsaw (different riverbed areas, shots illustrated with maps/remote sensing), hydrotechnical structures, and natural sites (e.g., Knyszyn Forest / Natura 2000, river valleys).
ResponsibilitiesOn-site production (360° shooting) in Poland
Deliver professional 16K HDR 360° recordings in diverse conditions (nature, technical infrastructure, open terrain, waterside locations).
Plan and capture footage optimized for "Street View"-style navigation (chains of points/panoramas, logical transitions, clear movement directions).
Coordinate special shots:
collaborate on drone footage and productions requiring floating equipment (when the scenario calls for it).
Maintain strict quality control:
HDR exposure, stability, no artifacts, and compliance with standards for VR headset deployment (including high refresh rates and 4K+ per eye class resolutions).
360° post-production (16K pipeline)End-to-end stitching of multi-lens footage (minimizing parallax errors, clean-up, masking, corrections) and preparation of final panoramas/clips ready for implementation.
HDR mastering (10-bit) for Meta Quest VR headsets and ensuring consistent color across locations.
Prepare and export a parallel 2D browser version with quality consistent with the VR output.
Audio work:
add 3D/surround ambience and integrate voice-over recordings, including preparing assets for audio track switching/muting features within the application.
Requirements
Proven experience in 360° video production and post-production (8K+ projects welcome; target delivery is 16K).
Proficiency with professional 360 camera systems (e.g., Insta360 Titan / multi-camera rigs / DSLR rigs) and strong fieldwork experience.
Excellent knowledge of 360 stitching and post tools (e.g., Mistika VR, PTGui, Autopano, or equivalents) plus Adobe CC / DaVinci / compositing tools.
Willingness to travel and work within specific weather/seasonal windows (field, nature, water).
Portfolio:
at least several 360° projects demonstrating technical quality (stitching, clean-up, stability, exposure).
Nice to have
Experience with spatial audio / ambisonics / VR mixing (3D surround).
Ability to prepare content specifically for navigation flows (panorama sequences, consistent directions, repeatable transition rhythm).
