Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end logistics operations to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, to coordinate and optimize logistics activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and transportation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to schedule and track shipments, ensuring ontime delivery.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize carrying costs.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records of inventory, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
  • Continuously monitor logistics processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze logistics reports, providing insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in using logistics management software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping procedures is a plus.
  • Experience with customs clearance processes and documentation is an advantage.

$20.00-$23.00 per hour
