We bring together sophisticated analytics capabilities, risk transfer and transactional expertise to provide advice and counsel to our clients. We help our clients interpret the data to guide their decisions surrounding the management of their risk portfolio.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant who is skilled in performing tasks such as clerical and related office functions.

Core administrative duties include scheduling meetings, calendar management, expense reporting, information and communications organization and distribution, event planning/execution. You will wear multiple hats; duties will also include facilities management and troubleshooting, ordering supplies, and ad hoc requests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative, reception, and facilities support to Gallagher Re employees in our Toronto office.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of templates, agendas, weekly communications, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
  • Help manage flow of information and commitments, including over the phone and electronically.
  • Organize materials for meetings and events.
  • Acts as key contact for building management and other service requests.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Associate's degree and/or 3+ years of related experience.

  • Incumbents in this position possess excellent organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and can effectively manage time and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
