ATCO Frontec is seeking
Account Managers to join our ATCO Facility Solutions team to grow our retail facility maintenance business in Alberta.

Target clients are both commercial and industrial.


The Account Managers are responsible for increasing the visibility of ATCO Facility Solutions by managing and growing existing accounts and bringing in new business within their assigned geography.


Account Managers respond to customer requests for maintenance services, ensure new customers are properly incorporated into our sales and invoicing system, invoice clients, and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion of work.


Responsibilities:


  • Build positive relationships with prospective customers and actively seek new business opportunities for the ATCO Facility Solutions business line
  • Proactively engage existing customers to increase their utilization of ATCO Facility Solutions' core service offerings of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance
  • Research and assist in sales calls to potential clients and prepares required documents
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and business forecast activities
  • Provide local market feedback to management to minimize competitive threat, retain customers, and increase revenue
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary degree, preferably in business or a related field
  • 23 years of proven ability in a similar/related role
  • Skills to learn and work alongside a likeminded team
  • Excellent analytical and research skills, and the initiative to make cold calls to prospective new clients
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a projectbased environment
  • Ability to forecast short to longterm market potential
  • Customer service skills
  • Great verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft word, excel, outlook
