    We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Analyst, focusing on Sales Incentives and Operations.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Incentive Data Management

    • Collect, analyze and present data on incentive spending to stakeholders.

    • Gather sales reports and maintain accurate records for review purposes.

    • Verify invoices and reconcile variances before processing payments in accordance with established procedures.

    • Cash Flow Forecasting


    Our ideal candidate will have the ability to forecast monthly cash flows effectively while maintaining transparency throughout all financial processes.
    The selected individual must possess exceptional analytical skills enabling them to maintain quality standards when analyzing complex data sets.  They should also be detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, work effectively under pressure with strong organizational abilities. In addition, our perfect hire would have knowledge of industry standard software related to incentive management including tracking variance reconciliation over time periods ranging from one month up until annual periods. £This position plays crucial roles at organizations who seek business growth through strategic planning backed-up thorough market research resulting competitive pricing strategies thus ensuring customer satisfaction leading healthy revenue streams.
