    The Manager, Digital Product Development – Web & Mobile will be responsible for leading the product delivery for our Customer Experience team that includes Consumer Websites, OEM Portals, and Mobile applications.

    HQ global matrix partners and Vendor Partners in delivering digital technologies.

    Primary focus will be on identifying emerging technologies to enhance HCA's digital products and platforms and collaborating with key business and IT partners and vendors to manage creation of new services, solutions, or products, from ideation through delivery.

    Internally, this role leads Agile Digital Product teams that will partner with Business stakeholders to build and execute product roadmaps via test/pilot/deliver frictionless experience for customers, dealers, and employees.

    This role will work very closely with other technology teams including Application Management, Information Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, Data Management and Analytics, as required.

    Build, lead, develop and inspire team members responsible for defining and delivering the Digital product capabilities
    Lead the Agile software development team to design, develop, test, and deliver high quality solutions to meet organization's needs (Projects, SCRs, MBODs)
    Promote ideas to automate repetitive tasks, reduce technical dept and improve the reliability of the applications
    Serve as a thought leader, idea generator to leverage digital technologies and channels to solve customer issues / unmet needs and enable new revenue generation / cost reduction / customer experience opportunities
    Lead in identifying new digital capabilities and emerging technologies; assess their impact, strategic fit, opportunities, and risks, to shape the strategic direction of technology
    Ability to drive projects end to end in a matrix environment (from ideation to alignment to execution)

    • Working knowledge of web and mobile application development with strong experience in Angular and .net technologies
    • Experience in working with and leading offshore development teams
    • Working knowledge of IT architecture, systems, integrations, and related concepts
    • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (AGILE, Waterfall, SDLC)
    • Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
    • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously with close attention to details
    • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years as a technical lead
    • Graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent with ten or more years of relevant management experience in Information Technology
