Responsibilities:
_
- _Handles day to day organizational tasks for the General Manager including calendar details, meetings, client requests_
- _Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion_
- _Coordination of internal and external meetings, including telephone and video conferences_
- _Liaising with manager and departmental teams as required to help ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations_
- _Ability to shift priorities when necessary._

Qualifications:_
- _A proven ability to confidently build and maintain strong relationships at different levels within an organization_
- _Must be proficient in Microsoft Office_
- _A team player willing to go the extra mile for our clients_
- _Effective project coordination skills and organizations skills with a high level of attention to detail_
- _Strong sense of initiative, continuously striving to acquire and develop knowledge of the business_
- _Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills_
Salary:
$16.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
