Description

Cake Decorator / Customer Service Representative

Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
Assist customers with inquiries and orders
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Able to decorate cakes, work with fondant and icing

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent problemsolving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in following recipes
Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
Experience in the food industry, including food preparation and handling
Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
Baking skills, including cake decorating
Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
