We are looking for people with Management Experience who would like to join a People First Organization


Our Management Trainees work directly for the General Manager and support them with one of the Departments in the Restaurant.


All our managers work side by side our employees to support them and to ensure our highest standards of Qualiity, Service, and Cleanliness are met to ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction.


Qualifications:

Management Experience necessary.

A commitment to providing exceptional service to guests and support to our employees.

Needs to possess exellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Must have a willingness to learn.

McDonald's Experience an asset.
