We're looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable craft beer lover with superb customer service for _
part time employment & full time covering person_.
If you have serving experience, outgoing personality,detail oriented and flexible with covering shifts then this job might just be for you.
The ultimate applicant will have all the qualifications outlined below.Regular Shifts:
_Fri.
6:15- 10:15pm & Sat.
5:15-10:15pm *Must be flexible and able to cover weekday opening shifts 1:45pm - 9:15pm from time to time if needed - _
Currently looking for coverage on July 13, 14,15 and 18th is this you?_
Some of your tasks are but not limited too:
- Serving/Clearing
- Handling, selling and organizing merchandise
- Changing Kegs, filling fridge
- Prepping small food items
- Engaging and conversing with our customers
- Learning the descriptions and information of our award winning beers
- Knowing the Powell Brewery story
- Covering/Switching shifts for other team members
- General Cleaning of the retail area/patio/parking lot
- Accurate Cash outs / strong math
Some of the Qualification you have but not limited too:
- Hospitality serving experience
- Strong Conversationalist
- Must have your "Serving It Right"
- Committed
- Long term employment
- Proactive thinker
- Reliable work ethic
- Must be Flexible to cover shifts now and again
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Able to change, lift and transfer heavy kegs, and flats of beer with dolly
- Listener who retains information and follows direction
- Detail oriented
- Very Clean
- Strongly self motivated and shows initiative (selfstarter)
- Organized/Multitask/Strong time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers
- Friendly, fun, outgoing, enthusiastic and caring.
- Great knowledge of our beers
- Strong communication skills team player
- Calm under pressure, productive during slow times
- Loves to engage in conversations with guests
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 9 per week
Salary:
$16.75 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
