Overview:

Bookkeeper and Administration Staff Accountant


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper cum Administration Staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment
Record financial transactions accurately in the company's accounting software quickbooks
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
Coordinate with banks and other operating departments
Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Responsibilities:


Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, accounts payable reconciliation
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft office - Excel, Word, PDF
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of shipping and receiving, freight and customs.


Education:

College degree in Accounting


Qualifications:


Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The position may require occasional overtime or weekend work.

The role is fully REMOTE
