    A Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting in all shop requirements from shop clean-up, general maintenance, and assisting on various shop projects. We are looking to add someone to our team who is eager to learn, detail-orientated and a team player.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for General Maintenance & House Keeping items such as shoveling entrance & salting
    • Clean the shop floor using a ride-on cleaner
    • Loading & unloading of deliveries as needed
    • Basic Maintenance and repair item of facility.
    • Assist with various shop projects, including 5s projects
    • Accurate and timely completion of all daily paperwork
    • General housekeeping duties
    • In accordance with company policy/ESA; overtime, work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company
    • Driving Company Delivery Truck
    • Responsible for Delivery & Pickup of Local shipments
    • All other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Completion of High School or equivalent
    • Valid Drivers License and able to Insured
    • Forklift truck and material handling experience
    • Ability to hook up and drive with a trailer.
    • You have a get it done attitude and are skilled at removing barriers
    • You operate with a team spirit, not with ego; you want everyone, including yourself, to do their best work; you see your success as dependent on the success of the team
    • You have the ability to think beyond the needs of the customer to point out errors and potential issues
    • You are able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, cope effectively with complexity and change, quickly understand and absorb new information and respond appropriately
    • You are a straight shooter who gets to the point and can clearly communicate in both oral and written for
